April 2nd, Palm Sunday 9am PC; 10am SM; 11am PC

April 6th, Maundy Thursday 6:30 at both PC and SM

April 7th, Good Friday 6:30pm PC and SM

April 9th, Easter! He is risen indeed! 9am PC; 10am SM; 11am PC

6th Grade

 English - 1. Bring independent reading book and reading log to every class.

               2. Please read at home if you are not finished with your Literacy Day book. 

                3. Book for Literacy Day needs to be read by March 22.  That will allow

                      enough time to prepare short, memorized speech which will be

                      1-1 1/2 minutes long, make display, and practice. 

                4.  Workdays in the classroom for Literacy Day are Friday, 3/24 and

                     Wednesday, 3/31.

 Math - adding and subtracting decimals worksheet due on Tuesday, 3/21

Science -1.  finish reading 4.8 and continue to complete Vocabulary Book for

                    Unit 4. 8.  Vocabulary book will be due at the end of this unit. 

               2.  Comprehension Check 4.8 due on Wednesday.

ELECTIVES

 Speech - continue research for your persuasive speech

 Comic Book - Begin working on the published booklet

Cooking Methods - 1.  Tuesday - meet in my room.  Researching the history of

                                  baking side dishes and finding side dishes you can bake.   

                                  2. Thursday - Come to class with a recipe of a side dish that

                                  has to be baked.  The recipe can be a family recipe but must

                                  be written out. We will be baking a side dish.
