Physical Education is essential to the development of motor skills and the enhancement of reflexes. Hand-eye coordination is improved, as well as good body movements, which helps in the development of a healthy body posture.
Each PE class will consist of three general areas
Part 1 --- Stretch, Warm-Up and Body Conditioning
Part 2 --- Personal Development
-younger students work on skills they may no know yet or have not mastered. ie. skipping hopping jumping, jump rope, etc.
-older students work on karaoke progression, switch direction skills, and various agility based exercises.
Part 3 --- Group/Team Play
-group/team play is designed to be a bit competitive.
